Manuel Morales
With over 25 years of global culinary experience, Chef Manuel Morales leads the gastronomic vision at Impression by Secrets. Prior to taking the helm, he held key roles at top resorts. A protégé of renowned chefs like Enrique Olvera and Michelin-starred Marcel Kasda, Morales blends fine technique with deep Mexican roots, inspired by his early days cooking with his mother and grandmothers in Moloacán, Veracruz. A recipient of AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five-Star awards, he now oversees five signature restaurants and hosts cooking classes to share his passion for local cuisine.
